Psypoke Idol Final Scores, Psydex Updates

Typhlosion with 3.7036 stars. The rest of the round broke down as follows:
Charizard with 3.6902 stars, Dragonite with 3.6686 stars, Umbreon with 3.6371 stars, Tyranitar with 3.6249 stars, Mew with 3.5934 stars, Arcanine with 3.5845 stars, Blaziken with 3.5575 stars, Rayquaza with 3.5574 stars, and Espeon with 3.5546 stars finishing out the Top 10.

The middle tier were Flygon with 3.5522 stars, Lugia with 3.5397 stars, Lucario with 3.5354 stars, Mewtwo with 3.5071 stars, Blastoise with 3.5024 stars, Swampert with 3.4630 stars, Lapras with 3.4551 stars, Metagross with 3.4426 stars, Latios with 3.4253 stars, and Scizor with 3.4105 stars.

The Bottom 10 were Articuno with 3.3978 stars, Salamence with 3.3967 stars, Zekrom with 3.3903 stars, Gengar with 3.3800 stars, Sceptile with 3.3700 stars, Venusaur with 3.3669 stars, Feraligatr with 3.3581 stars, Zapdos with 3.2949 stars, Ho-oh with 3.2317 stars, and Kyogre with 3.2232 stars.

In more significant news, Frost has rewritten several of the entries in the TechDex for accuracy and proper use of the English language. We've also fixed the issue of the Body Style data for Gen V never being imported into the Psydex, so all the Gen V Pokemon will be accurate in that regard now as well.

So, now that Psypoke Idol is over, how do you feel about the result? Who did you want to win? Who do you think will win the competition next time?

Sweet Typhlosion has always been my favorite, I actually completed completed the Hoenn Pokedex on emerald just to get one in 3rd gen.Well, I can't say I like Typhlosion much, but I can respect it because it evolved from Quilava. :) I'm happy that Blaziken, Arcanine, Umbreon, and Espeon all made the top 10, though! :DI am very delighted to hear that Typhlosion made it :)Hey so when are you guys going to finish the Item list in the Black and White section? You don't have any of the hold items...Charizard didn't win!!! Epic!!!

@Spoinkable OK, that's a genuinely strange bug. The information's been there the whole time, but the page was just not set up to display it. Fixed now. Between Charizard and Typhlosion, I would've picked Charizard. Why? Because Charizard as a final evolution is epic. Typhlosion I always preferred less than sleeker, much cooler Quilava.

But if I really reeeally had to pick, Blaziken owns all. :)

@Flannery - I agree to everything you just said. :)@Majin Pichu: Until there's been a event for Keldeo in Japan (which probably won't be until next year), there won't be a Keldeo event in the US. Nintendo won't even acknowledge Keldeo's existence, much less give it to anyone, until there is some sort of media (movie, etc.) that "invents" it. The same thing will happen with Genesect and Meloetta.

Please be patient, they will get around to it eventually.

And me agreeing makes 3. :)I agree too, except that Charizard is my favourite fully-evolved Fire-type starter.

I'm not sure I like any of the starters or their evolutions enough to give them five stars in the finals, though.

I'm glad it ain't Charizard, though. Last year it almost was. .____.Last year we had the Great Pokemon Character Tournament, I thought.It was almost Charizard this year, too. :/

Magic coat/Role play are still incorrect on many pokes in the genIV tutor lists :p

Typhlosion IS the best Fire starter ever.@Shade2075 ever heard of pokemon colosseum or XD?@Flannery why in a main series game would you prefer a pokemon over its evolution? without some very few exceptions such as Light Ball Pikachu and stuff@JsXtm its up to debate but there's no denying Typhlosion's awesomenessThis tournament set some firsts. it's the first time a fire pokemon won or any non psychic type. its the first time a non legendary won. it's the first time a pokemon that hasnt been an important pokemon in a movie won. its the first time a pokemon won that has been owned by a character in the anime.

What are you talking about? Last year, Charizard, a fire type non-legendary that isn't important in a movie (maybe the one with Entei idk) and is owned by an anime character won. Did you completely miss out on that one, or what? Also, Flannery obviously prefers Quilava over Typhlosion because of it's looks, not because of it's battle ability,.
